SpaceIL

SpaceIL is a Non-Profit that received a $22.4 million grant in 2014. The company was founded by three engineers with the dream of landing the first Israeli spacecraft on the moon. They entered the Google Lunar XPRIZE (GLXP) competition, and while it concluded with no winners, the organization aims to create a new “Apollo Effect”. SpaceIL aspires to inspire the next generation in Israel and around the world to think differently about STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).

While we are used to see our work in the digital space, seeing our work literally in space is a first, even for us.‏
